### 🛡️ **1. Respect & Behavior**

* **1.1** No discrimination, harassment, or derogatory language.
* **1.2** No hostile or unwelcome behavior that creates discomfort.
* **1.3** Respect staff and community members equally.

### 💬 **2. Chat Conduct**

* **2.1** English only in main chat (other languages → private chat or DMs).
* **2.2** Avoid heavy or sensitive topics (suicide, drugs, NSFW).
* **2.3** Racism, homophobia, or similar “jokes” are **not allowed**.
* **2.4** No unusual fonts, symbols, or Zalgo text.
* **2.5** No discussions on politics, religion, or controversial issues.
* **2.6** CubeCadia is **PG-friendly** — keep language clean and filter-friendly.

### 📜 **3. Spam & Excessive Actions**

* **3.1** No message spam (3+ repeats = spam).
* **3.2** No teleport spam (ask first!).
* **3.3** No spamming arrows, fireworks, or potions at spawn or in others’ lands.
* **3.4** Avoid excessive shop or advertisement messages (wait \~45 min between).

### 🚨 **4. Serious Threats**

DDoS, Dox, or Swat threats — even as jokes — are taken extremely seriously.\
Immediate bans apply.

### 📣 **5. Advertising**

* **5.1** No promoting other servers or IPs.
* **5.2** No sharing external links unless staff ask.

### 🔨 **6. Griefing**

* **6.1** No griefing other players’ builds.
* **6.2** Griefing is allowed **only in Resource Worlds**.

### 💵 **7. Real-World Trades**

* **7.1** Trading in-game items for real-life money or goods is forbidden.

### 🧠 **8. Account & Security**

* **8.1** No impersonating others via name or skin.
* **8.2** Don’t encourage rule-breaking.
* **8.3** Don’t share your account with anyone.

### 🚫 **9. Punishment Evasion**

* **9.1** Don’t use Discord to evade in-game mutes.
* **9.2** Don’t use commands to bypass mutes.
* **9.3** Don’t evade bans using alts (we can see it 😉).
* **9.4** Don’t exploit loopholes to skirt rules.

### ⚙️ **10. Mods & Hacked Clients**

* **10.1** No hacks, macros, or automation (autoclickers, baritone, etc.).
* **10.2** No X-ray or cheat texture packs.
* **10.3** ✅ Allowed mods: *Optifine, Lunar, Badlion, FullBright, HUDs, Shaders, Schematics (no auto-placing).*

### 💥 **11. Exploits & Duping**

* **11.1** Exploiting plugins or server bugs = severe punishment.
* **11.2** No abusing Minecraft glitches or dupes.

### 🧺 **12. Stealing & Scamming**

* **12.1** No stealing from bases or lands.
* **12.2** No scams — all trades must be honest.

### 🎨 **13. Inappropriateness**

* **13.1** No inappropriate skins, usernames, or builds.
* **13.2** No NSFW books, map art, or language.

### 🧱 **14. Build Rules**

* **14.1** No lag machines or redstone spam.
* **14.2** No casinos, gambling setups, or warp bets.
* **14.3** Avoid entity cramming or mob overloads.

### ⚔️ **15. PvP Etiquette**

* **15.1** PvP requires consent unless you’re in a PvP zone.
* **15.2** No TP traps or baiting players into death.

### 🛒 **16. Shops & Player Warps**

* **16.1** No absurd auction prices (e.g., Dirt for $1 M).
* **16.2** Don’t flood the auction house.
* **16.3** Warps must serve a real purpose (shop, farm, town, etc.).
* **16.4** No misleading or “joke” shops.
* **16.5** Don’t re-sell others’ books, banners, or map art.

### 🧭 **17. Miscellaneous**

* **17.1** No gambling of any kind.
* **17.2** Alts may only be used for voting, quests, or chunk-loading.
* **17.3** Respect land owners — leave if asked.
* **17.4** Don’t set homes in someone else’s land without permission.
* **17.5** Stay within the world border.
* **17.6** Don’t kill mobs on someone else’s land.

### 🪶 **Clarifications & Notes**

* Allowed mods: **FullBright, Optifine, Shaders, Schematics (no auto-place), HUDs**.
* Swearing is filtered. Mild shorthand (“AF”, “WTF”) allowed if not offensive.
* Shop ads on AH are fine — just **one per player** max.
* Rules may update anytime; check `/rules` often.
* Punishments range from warnings and mutes to permanent bans.\
