# 👩🏻‍💻 Jobs

### What Jobs Do

Each job is built around a different playstyle and gives you access to:

* passive abilities
* daily quests
* money / gem rewards
* long-term progression

Some jobs also connect into deeper systems, such as custom gear, job-specific crates, or special trades.

***

## How Jobs Work

### Choosing a Job

To choose a job, open the **Jobs Browse** menu.

This is the main menu where players can view all available jobs and decide which one they want to join.

#### Menu controls

* **Left-click** a job to join it
* **Right-click** a job to view more information
* If you already have the maximum number of jobs, you must leave one before joining another
* Switching jobs has a cooldown, so choose carefully

***

### Job Progression

As you play while a job is active, you gain progress through that job’s activities and quests.

Jobs generally reward players with:

* **money**
* **gems**
* **job points**
* job-specific progression opportunities

Every job also uses a daily quest system with multiple difficulty tiers.

***

### Quest Structure

Each job has its own pool of **Easy**, **Medium**, and **Hard** quests.

These quests are designed to reflect the purpose of the job. For example:

* Spelunker breaks blocks
* Druids harvest and work with nature
* Sentinels slay mobs
* Tidecallers fish and hunt aquatic creatures
* Artisans craft, brew, and build

Harder quests usually take longer, but they also provide better rewards.

## Job List

### Spelunker

**Spelunker** is the mining-focused job. It is built around caves, ore progression, underground exploration, and mining rewards.

Players who spend most of their time underground will usually get the most value out of Spelunker

## Daily Quests

Daily quests are one of the most important parts of the Jobs system.

Each job has its own daily quest pool, and these quests are one of the most reliable ways to earn rewards while leveling your chosen role.

### Why daily quests matter

Daily quests help players:

* earn money consistently
* earn gems
* make progress within their chosen job
* stay focused on job-specific goals

They also give structure to each job, especially for players who want short-term tasks to complete each day.

***

### Quest Difficulty Tiers

#### Easy Quests

Easy quests are the fastest and most approachable. They usually involve common activities and are useful for quick progress.

#### Medium Quests

Medium quests take more effort and often require larger amounts, rarer targets, or more time.

#### Hard Quests

Hard quests are the most demanding, but they also tend to give the best rewards. These are ideal for players who want stronger long-term value from their daily job progression.

***

## Mining Crate

The **Mining Crate** is one of the special progression systems tied to the mining side of the server.

It supports Spelunker-style gameplay and gives players access to mining-related rewards, rare items, and special progression pieces.

### Why the Mining Crate matters

The Mining Crate helps extend the mining progression loop beyond normal job rewards. Instead of only earning money and gems, players can also chase special items and rare drops connected to mining content.

### What it can include

The Mining Crate may include things such as:

* mining-related custom items
* Spelunker progression pieces
* rare materials
* blueprints
* special utility items
* trial items or rare scrolls

This makes it an important part of advanced Spelunker progression.

## Spelunker Armor and Trades

One of the standout job-related systems is the **Spelunker Armor** progression.

This gives mining-focused players another long-term goal to work toward beyond normal quest rewards.

### How players get Spelunker gear

Spelunker gear is tied to custom progression and trades rather than being simple starter equipment. Players typically work toward it through tokens, rare resources, and job-related systems.

### What the section should cover

This section of the wiki can explain:

* where the trader is located
* which items are required for the trades
* what each armor piece does
* why the set is worth building toward

***

### Spelunker Armor Pieces

#### Spelunker Helm

Use this section to explain the helmet’s cave-survival or protection benefits.

#### Spelunker Chestplate

Use this section to explain the chestplate’s mining or ore-related bonuses.

#### Spelunker Leggings

Use this section to explain any underground survival or movement-related effects.

#### Spelunker Boots

Use this section to explain mobility, lava safety, or spelunking utility.

#### Spelunker Pickaxe

Use this section to explain how the set ties into mining progression and custom pickaxe upgrades or bonuses.

> **Suggested images:** Full Spelunker set, item lore, trader menu

### Trade Requirements

This section should explain what players need in order to obtain Spelunker gear.

Examples of things worth listing here:

* tokens
* rare drops
* premium materials
* crate-linked items
* blueprint-style requirements

This is also a good place to include screenshots of the trade menu.

***

## Job Tips

### Pick the job that matches how you already play

The best starter job is usually the one that fits your normal gameplay loop.

* If you mine a lot, choose **Spelunker**
* If you farm and work with nature, choose **Druid**
* If you fight mobs constantly, choose **Sentinel**
* If you love fishing, choose **Tidecaller**
* If you build, brew, and craft often, choose **Artisan**

***

### Use your dailies consistently

Even if you are not grinding heavily, daily quests are one of the best ways to build steady progress over time.

***

### Plan around job switching

If there is a cooldown on changing jobs, be intentional with your choice. It is usually better to commit to a path for a while instead of swapping too often.

***

### Look for job-specific progression

Some jobs go deeper than others. If you enjoy long progression chains, look into systems connected to:

* Spelunker gear
* Mining Crates
* custom traders
* job-related custom items

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.cubecadia.net/features/jobs.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
